I/we allow IPN to record, collect, curate, publish, host, share, and promote the content (in full or in parts) across IPN channels, including the IPN platform, email, partner communications, social media, and other public platforms.Editing and repurposing
I/we allow IPN to edit and repurpose the content into different formats such as short videos, summaries, audio clips, captions, translations, or other learning formats, while retaining the core meaning of the content as well as into different languages.Attribution and promotion
I/we allow IPN to use my/our organisation’s name and logo, and the speaker’s name and designation, for crediting and promoting the content on and beyond the IPN platform.Content ownership and rights
I/we confirm that I/we own the content shared or have the necessary rights and permissions to share it with IPN for the purposes outlined above. The permissions granted to IPN are non-exclusive.Accuracy and responsibility
I/we confirm that the content shared reflects my/our genuine views, experience, or expertise and does not knowingly misrepresent facts or data. Views expressed are my/our own and do not necessarily represent IPN’s views.Learning-purpose disclaimer
I/we understand that the content is shared for nonprofit learning and knowledge-building purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.Confidentiality and safeguarding
I/we will not knowingly share confidential, proprietary, or sensitive personal information, including identifiable information of beneficiaries, children, or vulnerable individuals without appropriate consent. If any such information is shared inadvertently, I/we will inform IPN promptly to support removal or redaction where possible.Editorial discretion
I/we understand that IPN may make minor edits for clarity, length, accessibility, or formatting, and is not required to seek prior approval for such edits unless explicitly agreed in writing.Duration and takedown
I/we understand that IPN may host and use the content indefinitely. I/we may request removal of the content with reasonable notice, and IPN will make best efforts to comply, subject to technical and archival limitations.Promotion support
I/we understand that IPN may request me/us to promote the published content within my/our networks (including WhatsApp and social media). This is optional, and I/we may choose to do so and tag IPN where relevant.Compensation
I/we understand that participation and content sharing are voluntary and do not involve financial compensation.Use limitations
I/we understand that IPN will not sell the content as a standalone commercial product without explicit permission.Respectful and ethical conduct
I/we agree that the content will not include discriminatory, harmful, or unethical material that could negatively impact individuals, communities, or organisations.Future engagement
I/we are open to IPN reaching out for follow-on opportunities such as updates, refreshed versions of the content, or related collaborations. Good-faith collaboration
Both IPN and I/we agree to engage in good faith to support nonprofit learning, knowledge-sharing, and sector impact.
