User-Friendly Formats: Resources should be easy to use and act on—for example, ready-to-use templates that require minimal guidance.
Simple Language: Content should be in clear, accessible language suitable for grassroots NGO users.
Bite-Sized and Time-Efficient: Short, focused resources that are quick to consume and apply are preferred.
Flexible Submission Options: Partners can contribute by sharing documents in formats such as Word, Excel, or PDF or providing a publicly accessible link to the resource.
