Campaign Types and Format

Currently our campaigns falls into 3 main types:
Capacity-Building Initiatives: Onboard NGOs onto workshops, training programmes or fellowships designed to strengthen NGO capabilities. ()
Capacity-Building related Conference & Event EOIs: Call for NGO participation in large-scale ecosystem events, summits, or initiatives related to Capacity Building. ()
NGO Visibility/Spotlight: Seek NGO registrations to spotlight inspiring stories or work during key moments like Daan Utsav or through thematic showcases. ()
(Note: We don’t support RfPs, Paid Promotions, Fundraising appeals, etc - see more on this
)

Each campaign has a start and end date associated with it, which you can define. And you can choose between two flexible formats based on your outreach goals:

Open Campaigns

Published to all NGOs on IPN, and visible to anyone — ideal for wide reach, sector mobilisation, and ecosystem visibility.
These campaigns are publicly listed and discoverable on the platform. (See examples linked above.)

Closed Campaigns

Published to only to a curated set of NGOs — ideal for pilot cohorts, invite-only programmes, or geography-specific outreach.
These are published on an unlisted page accessible only via a direct invitation link.

Currently both formats require the user to log into/sign up on IPN and register for the campaign. (If you wish to run a campaign without this restriction, reach out to us.)

What we don’t support

External RFP Campaigns: Only RFPs managed by Sattva (on behalf of CSR donors Sattva works with) are hosted on IPN; we do not host RFPs run independently by external partners.
Paid Promotions: We do not prioritise campaigns based on payment or sponsorship — all campaigns are listed on merit and relevance to NGO capacity building initiatives.
Standalone Fundraising Appeals: We don’t host campaigns solely aimed at raising funds for specific NGOs or causes.
Job Postings or Volunteer Calls: These aren’t part of our campaign offering at this time. We're focused on organisational strengthening and ecosystem engagement.
Platform Access for Sales or Product Demos: IPN is not intended as a marketplace to directly pitch or sell tools; partnerships must be capacity-building aligned.
